Website purpose

This website describes a managed AI sales-operations service and allows businesses to request a workflow audit. Website content is informational and does not create a customer, agency, partnership, employment, fiduciary, or professional-advice relationship.

No automatic engagement

Submitting a workflow-audit request does not obligate either party to purchase or provide services. Any implementation, maintenance, data-processing, service level, payment, or support obligations require a separate written agreement accepted by both parties.

Pricing and availability

Displayed pricing is an initial estimate, not a binding quote. Final pricing and scope depend on the CRM, integrations, sales process, data condition, compliance requirements, users, message volume, and required support. We may decline requests or change website offerings.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person or company, abuse the inquiry form, scrape the website in a manner that impairs service, or use the website unlawfully.

Accuracy and AI limitations

We aim to describe the service accurately, but website information may be incomplete or change. AI systems can produce errors and require defined permissions, verification, monitoring, and human escalation. We do not promise that every CRM task can or should be automated.

Intellectual property

The Invisible CRM name, logo, website design, written content, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant only a limited right to view and use the website for evaluating the service.

Third-party services

The website and any future implementation may depend on third-party services such as CRM platforms, messaging providers, AI models, Vercel, and Resend. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and may change, interrupt, or discontinue functionality.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invisible CRM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from website use. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded is limited to the amount you paid specifically to use this website, which is normally zero.
