Privacy Policy

Effective September 1, 2026

This policy explains how Invisible CRM collects and uses information when you visit this website or request a workflow audit.

Information we collect

Information you provide

When you request a workflow audit, we collect your name, work email, company, CRM, sales-team size, approximate monthly lead volume, desired implementation timeline, and the workflow details you submit.

Attribution and technical information

We may collect the page you visited, referring page, campaign parameters such as UTM values, browser user agent, IP address, and an OpenAI-provided advertising reference. We use this information to operate the website, prevent abuse, respond to inquiries, and understand which campaigns produce legitimate requests.

How we use information

Measurement choices

With your permission, this website loads the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel and may send a matching server-side conversion event after a workflow-audit request. The event can include a privacy-preserving advertising reference, page URL, browser information, IP address, and a SHA-256 hash of your normalized email address. OpenAI uses this information under its own terms and policies to attribute conversions.

You control optional measurement. Choose “Necessary only” in the website banner to prevent the OpenAI measurement tools from loading. You can reopen the banner through “Measurement choices” in the homepage footer.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate this website, including Vercel for hosting and serverless processing and Resend for transactional email delivery to Invisible CRM. If you allow advertising measurement, OpenAI processes measurement events. These providers process information according to their own agreements and privacy terms.

Retention

We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate a potential engagement, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and satisfy legal obligations. We may retain minimal suppression or security records for longer when necessary.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell your personal information. Optional advertising measurement may be treated as “sharing” under some privacy laws. You can decline it through the measurement choices described above. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transaction.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your inquiry, subject to applicable exceptions. Submit a workflow-audit form from the homepage with “Privacy request” in the workflow-details field so we can identify and respond to the request.

Security and children

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. This website and its services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
